Traffic workshop with Sharon Asa

A movement workshop in the connection between body, image and encounter. A deep connection to the engines of movement and to what is generated in us and between us. Sensory listening to the dance that is woven in the spaces of the body and the encounter that is revealed. Composition moves are built and disintegrated from experiential inquiry and inspired by diverse movement suggestions. An invitation to perfect movement, expand consciousness, cultivate, freedom of pre-verbal expression and dedicate oneself to the spirit. Sharon's work research relies in the direction of the movement on principles from the Feldenkrais, Chi Kung, Axis syllabus and in her creative journey rests on many years of experience as a performer and learner of diverse improvisational approaches including and by Anna Halperin's approach. Dance - art, healing, life. The workshop consists of 2 parts. In the first part a fine and deep body tuning towards a flowing and organic movement, of soil and water. Presence in an energetic field and in deep awareness. In the second part "Guided Improvisation and Performing Arts: Templates and movement games improvised while providing meaningful images, listening, dialogue, and awake presence in the moment.
